These are perfect for warming up, chucking huge moves or (if you're that way inclined) full on endurance training. 

They are as comfy as a jug can be and you can swing around for days on these without them becoming uncomfortable. 

These come as a symmetrical pair, but are designed specifically to be comfortable for either hand. 

Each hold is CNC machined from a solid piece of hardwood.
